3. UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARDS
3.1. After the product is delivered, if it is detected that the credit card used for payment by the BUYER was utilized unlawfully or unfairly by unauthorized persons, and the product price is not paid to the SELLER by the relevant bank or financial institution, the BUYER is obligated to return the contract product to the SELLER within 3 days. In this specific scenario, the return shipping expenses shall be covered by the SELLER.
4. FORCE MAJEURE & DELAYS
4.1. If unpredictable force majeure events occur that prevent the SELLER from delivering the product within the designated period, the situation shall be promptly reported to the BUYER. The BUYER may request the cancellation of the order, replacement with a similar product, or postponement of delivery until the obstacle is removed.
4.2. If the BUYER cancels the order and the payment was made in cash (or via wire transfer), the full amount shall be refunded in cash within 14 days. If the payment was made via credit card, the amount shall be refunded to the bank within 14 days; however, the BUYER acknowledges that the bank may take 2 to 3 weeks to credit the balance back into the BUYER’s account, and the SELLER cannot be held liable for banking system delays.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (RETURNS)
6.1. The BUYER may exercise their right of withdrawal from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date of the product to themselves or to the designated recipient at the specified address, without incurring any legal or criminal liability and without showing any reason, by notifying the SELLER through the official contact channels provided below.

If there is a decrease in the value of the goods or if the return becomes impossible due to a fault or negligence of the BUYER, the BUYER is liable to compensate the SELLER’s losses in proportion to their fault. However, the BUYER is not responsible for natural changes and deteriorations resulting from the appropriate and proper use of the product within the 14-day withdrawal period.
